From troubleshooting networking equipment on-site or performing repairs in our workshop, we offer up to two hours per month of free on-site or remote support.
These hours can be used across any of our offerings, including:
- New PC setup and installation.
- Data recovery.

- Design and implementation services.
- Ad-hoc requests, such as moves, adds and changes.

We offer a flat 20% off all eligible items across a range of categories, including:

Regular Security Reviews
In an online and ever-connected world, no company is safe. To assist, we offer regular security reviews, free of charge, to Not for Profits by utilising best-in-class software and best practices. If anything is shown as out of the ordinary, we'll report this to the correct channels and offer assistance with resolution if required.
Grant Application Assistance
Companies such as Microsoft and Google offer extensive resources to eligible Not for Profits. As part of our on-boarding services, we'll assist with any grant applications where necessary.
If you're currently taking advantage of grants, we'll conduct a review to ensure these grants are utilised to their full extent.
